Email address capture at sporting events

I need a pool of people to visit football grounds, horse racing meetings and other relevant sporting events and obtain 100-200 email addresses at each event. Speaking with fans and gathering their email address to we can add to our database. They would only be required for about 3-4 hours max. The email address would be added to the freebets.com database, which is part of the gambling.com Group, where the emails delivered to recipients would include tips, competitions and bookmaker offers.
