Dynamic Telesales Ambassador Required

If you're a dynamic and charismatic telesales ambassador then you're going to fit in great with us. We are expanding our product offering and we need an amazing telesales partner to work with us introducing it to hotels in the both in the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to succeed, relish a challenge and consider themselves the best in what they do.
At the Luxury Academy we are used to working with the best companies, we have the best trainers and now we're looking for the best sales ambassadors for what we believe is the best Guest Experience Software available to independent hotels.

You will be calling independent and privately owned hotels and speaking to the General Managers, introducing our new system called ENGAGE! and convincing them that they absolutely need ENGAGE! to help them create exceptional guest experiences at their hotels.

We'd like to trial the campaign for two weeks to see your conversion rate and when successful; you'll become a crucial, long term member of our team.
The more experienced you are and the more positive feedback you have, the higher the hourly rate we are willing to pay. If you have no feedback but an amazing personality and a burning ambition to succeed; by all means apply for the position, but be realistic with your rate, it’s unlikely we’ll pay a high hourly rate, to begin with, for someone with no track record.

Whilst we are willing to pay well, our expectations are very high and we fully expect the successful person to hit the ground running and to produce concrete results.

We will review progress at ten hours to determine if we both wish to proceed further.
Calling will be two hours per day as optimum times to get hold of the decision makers is normally between 10am – 12pm or 3pm – 5pm.

It is essential that English is your first language and you speak in a clear, well-spoken manner. A telephone interview with short-listed candidates will be arranged prior to awarding the job.
