Dedicated B2B Sales Professional - Online SMS / Mobile Text Marketing

We are looking for dedicated B2B sales professional to work with our existing customers and new sales leads - FULL TIME.

Required skills: Experience in IT, Internet, Mobile or similar.

Our niche is online SMS tools and SMS text marketing. We serve 10,000+ UK small businesses and many others from Europe, Australia etc.

Your tasks will include:

1. Reduce customer churn - You need to contact existing business customers who plan to leave or have already left. Your task is to negotiate with them and win them back or collect feedback/suggestions for service improvements.

2. Follow-up hot leads - Sometimes we get hot leads via our website and those need to be followed-up quickly.

We will provide you:

1. Phone credit (Skype or similar)
2. Email account
3. Texting account
4. CRM system where all the activity data will be stored and which has live connection to our business system.
5. Full support from our developers, designers etc.
