Create Shopify Dropshipping Store

I've been asked to create and market a new luxury watch and time pieces shopify dropshipping e-commerce store. Now, the Marketing is now problem as that's what I do but I've never created or used Shopify before and don't know it.

The job is to;
- create shopify store.
- design logo for store.
- populate store with luxury men's and women's watches and time pieces (10 or so of each).
- provide 'how-to' document for ease of customer's use once created.
- store to reflect high end, top of the market, luxury watch and time piece brand.
- store to be able to make sales immediately after taken over for marketing.

Please bear in mind that the budget I have been allocated is strict and it is unlikely that I can go far beyond the cost listed.
