Cold calling events departments of City firms

We are a recently opened restaurant located next to the City in London. We have different spaces available for functions - a private mezzanine, a chef's table, the entire restaurant available for hire. We would like to introduce our restaurant to firms looking for entertainment space in their neighborhood. I would need someone to cold call and get in touch with events teams as well as key bookers to invite them in.
