Callpalooza is a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing lead generation. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Cold Caller to join our growing team. As a Cold Caller, you will be a key player in generating leads, engaging with prospects, and contributing to our company’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients based on provided lead lists.
-Initiate conversations to identify prospects’ pain points, needs, and interests.
-Set up appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
-Accurately document call outcomes and update CRM with relevant information.
-Stay informed about the company’s products/services to effectively communicate the value proposition.
-Maintain a positive, professional attitude in handling client queries and objections.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
-Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
-Ability to handle objections and rejection with professionalism and persistence.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools (experience with [specific CRM, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce] is a plus).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
