Description
The Company has recently announced its plans to journey through Africa by car to document the dire state of infrastructure in developing countries that has a knock on effect on peoples education and career opportunities.
In May 2017, we will be hosting a send of event in a central location in London after which the team will be setting off on their journey through 17 African Countries holding presentations and demonstrating the possibilities technology can bring to Africa.
This is to be a charitable event for which we are seeking sponsorship from corporates in form of moneys as well as material in-kind donations, from a vehicle to something as little as a torch.
We are looking for someone, who can help us generate such leads and promote our event accordingly so that it may become as successful as we have envisioned it.
Therefore, we hope to receive your proposal and look forward to hearing back from you

Hi Thorsten, congratulations for having the foresight to kick off promotional and market awareness early for this. Is there any documentation prepared at this point - a website, flyer, Twitter feed etc?

Morning Thorsten,
Thanks for the invite.
When do you need to launch the campaign, how many hours per week do you think you will need and what's the longevity of the campaign?
Many thanks..
PaulThorsten U. R.15 Jun 2016Essentially the event is still quite some time away but we have established a campaign on sponsormyevent and in order for this campaign to run successful funds are needed. So essentially we would first of like to maybe try a few days to a week and see how the market responds to the campaign in General.
Paul D.15 Jun 2016Perhaps we can expand on this further closer to month end since I'm at 100% capacity.
Regards,
P.
