Calls and leads

I am looking for someone to work with that can support me with sales calls that can be converted to leads. I previously posted a job but was let down by the person I recruited.
I need someone who is based in the UK and has experience of the UK property market.
If you don't have experience but are coachable and friendly then I would still be happy to hear from you.
I need someone that can start asap that can do a few hours worth of calls and update a spreadsheet with the outcome of the calls.
