Build contact/phone list of New York Organizations

I'm looking to generate a list of non-profit and public sector organizations/programs/services in the Greater New York Area. My aim is to get at least 1000 contacts on the list.

My aim is to have a list that contains: organization name, contact phone number(s), contact email(s) - organization name & contact phone number are the priorities.

If possible: address; main contact person (manager/supervisor).

Ideally, the list would be complete by February 23. This timeframe is negotiable.
