The brochure needs to sell the benefits our company offering as already in the document, and appeal to the pain points of letting agents and landlords. Would really benefit from a professional sales copywriter. It seems too wordy for someone to read when sent attached to email!
Our angle as 'Pendulum Property' is that we want to save agents and landlords time by them outsourcing to us, allowing them to focus on the things that matter more to them. For agents this would be their own business that we will help grow by being a service provider for, and for Landlords this could be anything they choose.
