We are a specialist recruitment firm looking for an experienced outbound caller to make introductory calls to senior contacts at UK technology companies. Every contact is a named individual at a specific company. This is structured list work, not cold dialling.
The job is to reach the right person, confirm whether a specific role is still being recruited for, briefly introduce our firm, and arrange a follow-up call with our founder where there is interest.
Every outcome, including negatives, gets logged in our CRM immediately.
Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written English is essential and non-negotiable. Calls are to UK businesses during UK business hours.
Prior B2B outbound calling experience is required; recruitment, SaaS sales, or professional services preferred.
