Appointment Setter (EN speaking markets)

We are CPA / RevShare driven team currently building out cold B2B outreach campaigns across Twitter, Linkedin, phone & direct email. We work across verticals like IT related products, semi skilled service providers, and SaaS related products and services. Very broadly the outreach process for this particular project consists of the flows below:

a) target selection
b) target contact info verification / validation
c) pitch template creation / customization
d) call with target / obtaining commitment from target
e) drip campaign follow up sequence
f) system set up for multi account outreach campaign

Your job as a cold appointment setter will be a combination of some or all of these flows. Depending on your background, availability and pricing you may contribute to any flow you feel would be your strong suit.

Hiring process:

- submit proposal with CV
- pass 10 min initial screening call
- pass assignment / present proposal action plan
- interview with hiring manager
- start work after offer has been sent and accepted

Pay Scale:
Pay Scale for this role will be a combination of a fixed and a commission based a rate and will be determined by the following factors:

- background, experience and proposal action plan estimates
- estimated qualified appointments per month
- estimated appointments converted into paying customer per month

Our overall goal is to generate revenue with the products you'll be selling. As long as we are generating revenue from an appointment you set, a pre negotiated commission for that sale will remain yours for the entirety of the client's LTV.

Hours of operation:

We generally work with with US, UK and EMEA markets, so if your strong suit is cold call outreach by phone you'd need to be available during regular business hours of the market you are responsible for. Most of our team is distributed, so this position is remote.
