Seeking an experienced appointment scheduler to manage outreach and coordinate meetings with prospective clients. Responsibilities include calling and emailing leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining CRM records, proposing optimal time slots, sending confirmations and reminders, and following up to maximize conversion.
