Brief Project Description
A proven telemarketing professional is required to work closely with an associate partner in a Brussels based Independent Financial Planning and Asset Management Consultancy. You will be making appointments with prospective clients in the Netherlands over the telephone and managing his diary.
The Company
Established in 1984, we have grown to become one of the largest and most highly regarded financial advisory groups in Europe, we provide a complete financial planning service to international workers and expatriates focused on wealth creation and preservation strategies.
We are now looking to take on the services of a UK based appointment maker, a professional person that has the relevant experience and ability to make and coordinate appointments from cold calls.
The Role
- Making telephone calls to introduce and promote the company's products and services (approx. 80 per day)
- Booking appointments and managing the associate partners diary (approx. 2 per day)
The Candidate
You will need to be resourceful, highly motivated, and be able to show evidence of your success in a similar role. Above all you must:
- Be comfortable communicating at all business levels and to all nationalities
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be organised with a great work ethic
- Be hard working and able to meet targets and deadlines
- Possess a determined, resilient approach and deal with rejection in a positive manner
Can you make 8 qualified appointments per week from provided data? If so, in your proposal, can you please give an indication of the number of hours you feel it would take to generate the above appointment levels, as well as the costs you would charge to do so.
