- Confirmation calls for clients booked on to our upcoming events. Follow the confirmation script provided.
- Provide information on the event e.g. location, timings, what they need to bring etc.
- Keep customers enthused and excited to attend their booked event.
- Be able to answer simple questions regarding the course topics/structure from material provided to you in advance
- 40 Hours per week. 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 5pm
