Write an emailshot

I would anticipate this project would take aprox 1 •2 hours for a professional to complete.

I would like some professional help writing an emailshot that will be sent to potential prospects. I offer services to the government sector and will be contacting schools, hospitals etc.

I have a basic understanding of how to write a mailshot but would like a professional finish from a marketer, as I am from a sales background. The emaishot would be an initial form of contact so I need to really get peoples attention. I have a good understanding of the content that I want in it, I just need help with the layout and any other tricks of the trade!
