Experience Level: Expert
The blog posts will form part of Blue Train’s educational-marketing plan. We would like to share our knowledge and expertise to the industry; helping to build trust with new and existing clients.
The posts are intended to be educational with information tailored to suit organisations within the Fintech and payments sector.
In this blog we want to explain the importance of building a strong brand within the financial services sector, focusing particularly on Fintech businesses.
Branding is critical in the financial sector given its integral role in society. In a time where there is increasing difficulty differentiating between companies, branding has never been more important. Branding gives a company a unique personality that sets it out from the rest and helps build the company a strong reputation and as well as creating value.
A strong brand will impact your business:
• Recognition – create brand consistency. Every touch point is an opportunity to increase brand awareness and improve client loyalty.
• Trust - people will only use their services if they feel you are reputable and trustworthy. They like to build a relationship with a brand that they know and feel comfortable with.
• Financial value – a brand can be a value asset. Building financial value and gaining new business.
• Business (referrals, word of mouth) – brings new clients.
• Staff motivation - give staff something to invest in personally and get behind. A motivated work force is vital because they will then provide excellent customer service. Create a brand they believe in.
Excellent written English a must!
Financial services experience desired.
