Website marketing advice

I need advice in delivering a presentation on a particular company website by wednesday 23rd April- mostly the marketing side of it.

I need specific answers, but not limited to-

■ What are the top 3 negatives and positives of the current website
■ Who is Retail’s biggest competitor and how does our website compare with our competitors?
■ How is the Retail and Hospitality sectors represented on the website?
■ What would you do differently?

Is this feasible for your 60 pounds (+15 if necessary) and would you be able to present it in a powerpoint with snapshots or so of the site. How would you lay out the info? Thanks
