Requirements.
We need an enthusiastic virtual assistant who is experienced in online marketing, social networking, etc. to help get our new project off the ground and subsequently to monitor the site on either a fixed fee basis or a profit share basis.
General
My company is now set to expand its activities and develop a new way for businesses to advertise their services on the web. The first pilot project to will be aimed at the expatriate market in Spain. Once this is successfully established we will attempt to develop similar projects in the UK.
For many years now I have been producing an online magazine for expatriates in Spain. This is done through one of my existing websites with traffic generated mainly by our 20,000 newsletter subscribers. We have decided to get up to date and develop a new business website incorporating the latest techniques including social network integration, utube, etc. using a new website called www.expatslovespain.com . The site is currently under construction and is scheduled to be launched in January 2012.
The aim of this new project is to develop a web based business with income derived from advertising including ad sense, incorporating various viral marketing techniques to increase new subscribers to join our mailing list.
In Brief
1. The main website will be presented as an on-line monthly magazine, with news topics applicable to expatriates in Spain.
2. We will attempt to encourage social networking, invite comments from readers and also invite contributors.
3. The website will feature banner ads, advertorial features, free classified ads and adsense
4. Incorporated into the magazine will be a competition section. This is the key to encouraging new advertisers and increasing the mailing list
5. The website will be designed to allow uploading of news items, images, other content etc in a convenient way.
The interactive Competition/Quiz
The Sponsor page (Advertisers) will be the starting point for the competition/quiz . The object of the exercise is to engage advertisers and competitors in a combined competition/quiz providing greater awareness of advertiser’s products and fun/prizes for the players. This part of the website is currently in the design stage and should be available within the next 2 – 3 weeks
We plan to sell low cost but very effective online advertising, and at the same time increase our mailing list by creating teams of competitors.
