Description: We need a new strap line to go with our logo, our company can be seen on www.nightingaleswales.com, the strapline needs to be simple sentence which highlights the word CHOICE, as a provider of support services we want to be a company that people choose, and as employers of people (care workers) we want to be a company that employees chose to work for, so are looking for a clear sentence that focuses on CHOICE our Mission statement is currently being worked on, but will be along the lines of:

Nightingales vision and mission is split into two:
• for colleagues as being a employer of Choice where quality people want to work, feel valued and respected as a key team member
• For clients Nightingales as being the preferred Provider of Choice, providing reliable, high quality and sustainable outcome based care.
CHOICE is our acronym for:
Caring - Caring about colleagues and clients ensures they feel valued, listened too, respected and appreciated
Honesty – Honesty and fairness build mutual respect and trust
Open Communication - Open communication enable a positive, productive environment, and we encourage everyone to be open.
Involving people - Involving colleagues and clients strengthens our commitment to successful outcomes
Coaching and assisting - Coaching and assisting people to achieve goals, through spot checks, supervisions, appraisals etc please make use of these.
Ethical practice – Ethical Practise reinforces belief in Nightingales and has served well over since starting in 2002
