Social media support

Hey everyone,

I need social media and general customer service (e-mail only) support for an average of 2-3 hours per day.

The job is for 80% about posting and interacting with facebook users on event pages, and for 20% sending outbound templated messages and possibly follow up with them.

You will get 2 x 2 hours of training. We will run a pilot of 1 month, if that goes well, I would need ongoing support.

I have created templates and best practices, but am open for improvements.

You must be fluent in English.
