Social media marketing

Hi, I am looking for an experienced social media marketer, someone who has in depth knowledge of marketing on Facebook, with Facebook posts, adds, chat bots, targeting database, driving ttraffic to website landing page. The shortlisted person would prepare a detailed marketing plan based on the brief and then execute based on agreed time line.
This social media campaign is for an up coming crowd funding campaign, so any insight on running a marketing campaign for a crowd funding compaign would be an advantage.

3 month ongoing campaign to be broken down into weekly milestones. Project start time is in one week.
