Social Media Manager

I need someone to manage our social media marketing on a regular basis. We write blog articles each week post them to the social networks and email our customers a regular newsletter. I need someone to take charge of getting involved in social media on our companies behalf. I want to grow our reach and use social media as as lead generator rather then just a place to send our information. I need someone who has experience of growing a social media presence and has generated results.
