Social media and marketing letters

I need help to promote my psychological coaching services to people near my office (for face to face services) and beyond (tel and Skype services).

Specifically I need help:

1) Social Media

To find specific people on Twitter (15 company name will be given. I also need someone to find companies within a 1km radius of my office in London)
To start conversations on Twitter (who to target and provide content)
To write posts and with links for Linkedin
To write posts for FB which encourages engagement (specific to a psychological approach to weight loss)
Duration: 2 months of material

2) Direct marketing
To write the content of a marketing letter to nearby companies
1 one off letter and brochure.
To edit the content of a newsletter so that it catches attention
