Sales Strategy needed

I run a training company specialising in health and social training.

I am looking at expanding and need someone to help me come up with a plan to achieve the growth I want for the company.

I currently do lots of different bits and bobs of sales and marketing but have no clear strategy.

This is not a request for sales reps, I am looking for a sales and marketing consultant to give me some ideas and put together a plan/strategy that I can implement.

We offer regulated first aid qualifications for the workplace. Adult and Paediatric First Aid.

We also offer social care courses such as patient handling etc.

Courses can be delivered at the client's own venue or at our classroom in Colchester Essex.

The majority of our business at the moment comes from supplying instructors to other training companies to train for their clients.

I am looking at expanding the provision of individual bookings for courses at our training centre and expanding onsite training at clients venues.

The advertising/marketing budget needs to mainly be self funding for growth although I will have a small amount available to spend monthly.
