Sales Person/executive - Construction & Design and Building works.

The company in question is looking to recruit a good sales person to cover the Essex/South East.

There role will include:

Required experienced Sales Person with experience of selling design & build and construction services. The company is a well established vibrant building design company based on the fringes of London requires an experienced sales person to help further deveolp the business.

Requirements: Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of consultative selling at senior board level. Must be able to communicate well with the internal team. Must be an organized and professional team player. Must have drive, energy and ambition. Must be smart and presentable.

Salary negotiable on experience - Is based on projects generated, we will propose a base rate and a bonus fee payable on successful lead generated.

The successful applicant will prove to earn also a further percentage related to the overall project design build cost.

Sales people with good ability will be considered.

Likely Targets will be Developers, residential house builders and Private sectors, Head offices of larger organisations etc.. Details can be provided.
