Sales letter

I would like to have a letter designed to sell our product and service to retail out lets, hotels etc. Our product is a none slip floor application which will reduce slips on wet floor by 98% i believe the market for this product is any retail out let where the entrance is tile or marble, garages ,schools, hospitals, or any building with tiled entrances, shower rooms toilets/bathrooms.
