Can you sell? I mean... can you crunch the numbers and immediately identify when you have a great prospect? And then lead that prospect through to final sale? Do you want to sell a service/product that has a true value proposition? If so then please read on. We are a newly established overseas property investment firm. We source and offer customers true investment grade residential property investments in all corners of the world. But our offerings differ from the competition. Our offers are based upon sound economic and demographic fundamentals that impact upon property prices. There is no guess work. No chances taken. And no stone unturned. We seek out projects where our research proves the purchase and rental market is under-supplied. Which means only one thing: property price growth. With most traditional investment products suffering poor returns, and the UK property market in decline, property in emerging markets offer the best opportunity for investors to make money. But we also understand that they don't just take our word. And that's why they demand proof that their hard earned money will produce a healthy return. To meet this demand, we have a highly qualified team of researchers and analysts to identify possible growth markets worldwide. It could be in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Brazil, Burma... and so the list goes on. We need a highly intelligent person to kick start our sales process and develop it so that it can be scaled up or down using freelance sales professionals around the world. You will need to educated and have an understanding of economics (yep! You need to understand why prices rise and fall) in order to educate the customer why they should invest in a particular market. I have already done the test sales phase and sold two projects that total 33 apartments in eastern Europe. All of the sales were closed over the phone. The buyers did not undertake site visits (they reveal nothing to potential buyers anyway). Our vision is to become and industry leading resource for private buyers who want unbiased, yet credible research to the best overseas property investment projects worldwide.
As part of our team, you will contact leads that have responded to our various marketing campaigns to lead them from enquiry through to eventual sale. Of course, at the end of the day, it is still a numbers game. So you need to be tenacious and value every lead you receive. You must also be persistent and not give up if you cannot contact prospects.
You can do this job from anywhere in the world. Because all business is conducted via the telephone. The ability to listen (very hard skill to master) and have empathy is a must.
