Hi, I run a company that offers compliance-based classroom training and e-elearning to blue chip companies.
Project 1.
We have recently developed a travel safety website for a European wide power generating company (which they love). We now wish to take this concept and sell it to other large companies that have overseas offices. The site can increase the travelelrs safety, save costs and (soon) record CO2 figures.
This site took 12 man-weeks to develop and cost in excess of £50k. We wish to secure around four or five of these in 2011 to complement our other compliance-based services.
The sites will be attractive to larger organisations with a budget holder in either H&S, HR, Facilites, Travel or even Security.
Project 2.
We have organised a Duty of Care best-practice seminar in London on the 24th of February. We need to fill this will paying guests.
Dependent on your costs, for every two people booked on the course you will receive a further days work. In this way I hope to fill a seminar every month (each quater in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow). The more people booked, the more ongoing work you will get.
Project 3.
We have four high quality e-learning courses (and a fifth in development) that are aimed at the corporate user. The content is designed to reduce risk, increase safety and protect the employer from Health and Safety or Corporate Manslaughter legislation.
We can either host the courses ourselves or they can site on the clients server. We can sell one module to one person (via Paypal for £50) up to full access open licence agreements for £10-15k.
You can bid on either one, two or all three of these projects - as they are all integrated services but can be sold as standalone. We have a database of around 2000 prospects we've met at previous trade shows and a very large (bought) database of learning and Development people.
Please can you reply with your thoughts on which projects you are interested in, what your charge rate is, how long you need to establish credibility with us (a sales lead will do it) and where you are based. I'd also like to know what you think 'success looks like'.
This is an excellent opporunity for one or two of you to establish a good working relationship with Planet Wise and, if successful, continue that relationship long in to the future.
Finally, we are a small business that works with international clients. We are relaxed and love what we do but have the highest standards for our work and will epxect the same attitude and approach from anyone that works with us.
