Research into retail banking products, services, segments and communications

I have a project requiring desk-based research into the retail banking sector on behalf of a newish 'challenger' bank.

I have a full brief but essentially the job requires a) listing and comparing products / services / pricing b) customer journeys c) where and how these banks (10 in total) recruit new customers and the value proposition they offer which segments d) their customer feedback scores for service e) do they offer something that the bank I'll brief on does not f) what social media / digital channels they use and for what g) what incentives they offer new customers?

Is this something that a) you have an affinity for b) are interested in?
