Experience Level: Intermediate
We are seeking to build an ongoing relationship with a provider who will do the following for us:
Call our delegates the week before their course and check they have the necessary information (map, course outline etc)
Ask if they have any colleagues who might be interested in attending the course or a different course/
You must be of an outstanding calibre, excellent telephone manner , customer focused and not attempt to sell too harshly. You will after all be speaking to our client base who provide our livelihood! You will therefore need to give 2 references who are willing to discuss past projects with us. If you do not have these ,DO NOT APPLY. You will also have a telephone interview with the MD.
We would prefer to pay an hourly rate for this project. Please let us know you desired hourly rate.
