PR and marketing for immersive restaurant

Darling and Edge are looking for an experienced PR individual to raise the profile of their company and promote (and sell out!) their first theatrical dining experience opening in October.

We're experienced at creating content but we need help accessing press and media effectively. We're looking for someone to run a smart, targeted PR campaign aimed at 21- 40 year old, young professionals living in London.

We're looking for help with obtaining exclusive placements, support with the launch, invites to previews, creating and building a mailing list, listings, features, influencers and obtaining reviews. We'd love some coverage in timeout/ evening standard etc but we're excited to hear about some non-traditional routes too.

We'll be running our own social media and marketing campaign in-house but we're looking for some coaching on this topic as part of this role.

Any experience in theatre / lifestyle / food and drink / immersive entertainment would be advantageous. It's also important to us that you like our work!
