PR and Marketing for a Recruitment Website

I am starting a new website to rival a major recruitment website which is currently available in the UK. I am therefore looking for an experienced PR/Marketing specialist who can guarantee me press coverage and to also design an appropriate marketing plan which will guarantee trafic/candidates to the site.

Someone with extensive experience and good media/related contacts is required. This project is also suitable for an employed PR/Specialist looking for extra cash.
