LondonStudentHome.com is a website collecting student accommodation options in London.
Currently, we have 136 student accommodations online, but we aim to increase this number significantly in order to gather all student accommodations in London on one website. Our vision is to become the preferred "go to" website when it comes to student accommodations in London. We have currently launched the website, but not officially done any PR-activation yet.
We are looking for an experienced PR-freelancer to activate the press both developing a press release but most importantly a person, who has a lot of press contacts within this field in the United Kingdom and especially in London. We are very much interested in media with topics like education and universities. We do prefer online coverage with the potential of linking directly to our website.
Attached you will find the first draft of relevant media. This list includes media like The University Paper, The Gazette, London Students, Student Times and many more.
We have also made the first draft of a press release, but we are very open to another story or PR-angle based on your experience.
There is a lot of competitors on the market but LondonStudentHome.com is unique because it is independent and does not favor one accommodation in front of another. On top of this, we aim to have all student accommodations in London - a collecting we have not seen on any other website.
We have former experience working with a PR-consultant in an another country but did not really get any coverage. Therefore we do prefer a "no cure no pay" solutions - maybe with a smaller fixed start budget, and then a variable payment based on the number of mentions. How ever, we are also open-minded for an hourly deal. We would appreciate you to comment on your preferred payment method, or if you have any suggestions for a deal.
