Description
Experience Level: Expert
UK-based PR professional required to support our in-house outreach team to pitch news and media assets to journalists.
Background
We are an SEO agency operating across a number of different verticals including fashion & beauty, software, print, marketing and more. As part of our client SEO strategy, we create media assets that we pitch to relevant journalists in a bid to get the story and/or the asset published with a link back to the target page.
This campaign:
We are currently looking to bring expand our outreach resource in the help of a freelancer to support us with an exciting new campaign around entrepreneurship going live. This campaign takes a unique view on creative entrepreneurship, and we're keen to get this in front of journalists to consider featuring.
What this will involve:
- Creating press releases and creative angles to pitch to UK journalists (though we have a handful of angles which may help get the ball rolling).
- Creating email sequences from scratch (all supporting copy and imagery can be provided but we'd lean on the freelancer to use this to turn it into a "PR'able" story).
- Reaching out to relevant journalists within the industry in a bid to get published.
What will be provided
- Media asset (microsite) with key benefits and potential newsworthy angles that could be used.
Please get in touch for a link to the campaign.
We've listed a price but are open to moving this for the right person. Ideally this person can get started week commencing 20th May.
What we'd need from you:
- Any relevant experience or case studies of having campaigns published.
- How you charge your delivery (hours/contacts/per placement for example).
- How many contacts you could reach out to.
Thanks
