New Podcast seeking ongoing Promotion (YouTube/ITunes etc)

We're a fairly new weekly Podcast which goes out to various platforms such as Itunes, Soundcloud, Stitcher etc (and visually on Youtube). We're looking for someone to help get us going (and grow with us) onto MAINSTREAM success. We need an expert who can handle our ongoing marketing and promotion on various platforms (especially Youtube) to help get our numbers up this year and further on.

We're NOT looking for podcast 'promoters' who use ANY TYPE OF purchasing of numbers to our shows, just ongoing and grounded marketing and promotion. We will be checking on this!

At this time we will pay £200 per month and continue with that payment depending on if there are results. If after 6 months things are going very well we will discuss with you a much higher rate of pay (again, depending on results) which is suitable for both parties.
