If you are fluent in Dutch, capable of capturing customer insight over the phone with good typing skills, then this short-term role that will pay a good day rate could be just for you.
I am looking for one professional to represent both myself and my client exceptionally well. It is important that you either live/have lived in The Netherlands, or have a very solid understanding of the culture and language.
The project starts 19th March and will run over a period of 2 weeks. You will be provided with a list of customers, which you will need to call consistently until all have completed the survey (or as many as can be contacted).
This is NOT a sales role. You will not be trying to sell anything, simply asking existing customers 2 very simple questions and capturing their feedback *in the local language* on to a spreadsheet. You will also be then required to translate this in to English too. Therefore it is also important that your grammar and spelling is excellent in both English and your local language. You will also be required to capture verbatim, so the ability to either record each call or touch type would be essential.
My client is a multi-national business and therefore it is imperative that the right people represent them (and my agency) over the phone. You must therefore be able to demonstrate a solid background in the local language together with a very high standard of customer service.
A day rate will be paid to reflect your skills, time and abilities but you will be responsible for covering your own costs including phone calls, etc.
