Description
We’re looking for a motivated, friendly person to manage Instagram outreach and engagement for an exciting new platform called Dare to Accept – where people take on personal, sponsored, and charity challenges around the world.
Your goal will be to engage with relevant users on Instagram, start conversations, and direct them to sign up or take part via our website: daretoaccept.com
You’ll be commenting on posts, sending DMs, and interacting with people in niches like:
• Fitness & sports (especially boxing, running, CrossFit, Olympics, etc.)
• Motivation & personal growth
• Fundraising & charity
• Wild dares or stunt content
• Lifestyle challenges / “Challenge Accepted” trends
⸻
✅ Responsibilities:
• Leave meaningful comments under target posts (using our scripts as a base)
• Send warm, friendly DMs encouraging people to check out the platform
• Engage with followers & users who might love taking on a challenge for a good cause
• Track your outreach in a simple spreadsheet (optional but helpful)

Hi Cary,
Here are a few questions:
+ What daily or weekly outreach targets do you expect (e.g., number of DMs/comments)?
+ Will you provide a list of target accounts or hashtags to focus on?
+ Are there existing scripts or messaging templates to work from?
+ Do you expect reporting on engagement metrics or just activity tracking?
+ What time zones or hours do you prefer the outreach to happen in?
Thank you!

Are you tracking conversions from DMs to sign-ups, and how are you measuring them?
Which niches are currently performing best in terms of engagement and click-through?
Are you open to adapting the DM/comment tone based on audience type fitness vs. stunt vs. charity?
How many interactions per day do you expect from the freelancer?
Do you prefer outreach tracking in Sheets, Airtable, or another tool?
