What are we looking for?
We wish to outsource our complete marketing function to a third party, i.e, the creation, management and implementation of a marketing plan for the business.

Social Media
Social Media Marketing Campaign to include set up and maintainance of the business social media presence and properties on the following sites: Facebook; Twitter; YouTube; and Linkedin.

Google Adwords
Ongoing marketing of the business using pay-per-click i.e., google adwords.

SEO
Organic search engine optimisation (no black hat).

Forums/Boards & Blogging
Content creation – article writing, blog posting, report writing & press releases - all content must be approved by <The Businness> before publishing.

Brand building etc

Sales letters
Advertisements
Case studies
Email and printed newsletter creation and distribution

Measurement/Results Monitoring
We will also require ongoing measurement of results of campaigns (google analytics and social monitoring platforms already set up) and regular reviews of the marketing campaign to determine progress.

Quotations
We prefer quotes to specify cost per item of work/monthly retainer rate – as opposed to hourly rates.
