Marketing & Design work for Nursing Home

I am looking for someone who can fulfil a marketing/liaison role for the Home ... potentially an ongoing project
This is a soft marketing role; candidates with only corporate, digital marketing background will probably not be suitable. Candidates with a healthcare marketing background would be welcomed

High level of IT and Graphic design skills required
Excellent written and communication skills required as well as copywriting/editing skills.

Duties will include:

2. Branding – Responsible for any branding needs of the Home
3. Marketing Material & Stationery – Design
4. Internal Branding and overseeing of any clinical/non -clinical design projects required by the Home – ensure consistent display of Home branding on all internal and external documents
5. Social Media to include: Website Maintenance – updating images, copy and content on Home’s website, setting up and maintenance of other relevant social media platforms
6. Updating Email databases – ensuring we have a comprehensive and up to date mailing list
7. Newsletters – Design, copy, content and execution of newsletters as well as general communications
8. Activities & Events - Assist Activities Co-ordinator and Management with any event marketing support required
9. Home Visual Displays – responsible for designing all the Home’s static & AV displays in the Home
10. Advertising, direct marketing & PR – Assist with advertising the Home’s services through relevant platforms
11. Quality Monitoring – Introducing any relevant initiatives to increase quality of services provided. Issuing and collating surveys and assisting with set up and running of Meetings
12. Recruitment – assisting management with any recruitment needs (including volunteers) through appropriate advertising channels

Payment to be fixed at £500 per month regardless of tasks
