Hi
I am in the throws of launching a new company, an acoustic consultancy. I recently saw a documentary on call centres, First Direct (who came across in a very good light), had adopted a strategy of using positive language during conversations with customers by having a list of "above and below the line" words. First Directs sales teams tried to use "above the line" words during conversation, while avoiding the more negative "below the line" language.
I am at the stage where I have drafted the text for my web site, brochure and the sales letter for the initial mail shot, but am now conscious that I may be missing a marketing trick similar to First Direct's strategy. I am looking for some help from a Company that can read my text and put a positive spin on it? I am aware that this is only a small job the web text is 1700 words long and much of this is technical blurb which I assume you will not be able to breathe on. The brochure and the mail shot are only 500 ish words a piece, but I have ambitions for the Company so this may be the start of a business relationship?
I look forward to hearing for you.
Regards
Mike Legon
