Identify a USP and re-write/summarise for presentation to senior management

We are looking for a talented individual to generate the following for us from the low level description we have attached :

1) Identify a USP and document it based on the attached list

2) Take the above USP and the items listed in the attached file and generate a short, descriptive paragraph which can be used to summarise the offerings. This must be written to sound attractive to senior management (typically CEO, CTO, CFO positions). It has to answer the question of: "What do you do?"

3) Re-write the list in more detail to show all the offerings but word or put across in an easy to understand way that the same senior management can understand.

This information will be used to pitch to senior managers, directors and business owners of medium to large businesses. It will mainly be used at networking events or initial pitches into new business.

We would like to see examples of your work please before we can award this job..

We are not looking for just a re-write of this list but need someone who has an understanding of Advertising/Sales/Marketing/PR and knows the importance of a USP and the need to present this information is a concise, easy-to-understand way. The aim is to hook the potential customer in so you can then offer further details via other methods.

Please bear in mind this is an IT and technology company so it would help if you have some knowledge of this sector as the services in the attached sheet uses IT terminology.
