I need to create two illustrated characters for a corporate campaign

I am creating some materials to promote a closer working relationship between my company and selected important partners. To help illustrate this, I would like a couple of characters drawn.

They would appear in a series of illustrations. I would like two characters (i.e. 2 different people, rather than the same man looking different) one with a blue shirt with a Co logo on , the other in a white shirt – no logo but with hard hat.
Hope this is enough info.... my client really likes the big eye/Japanese style illustration if that helps.
