I need someone to hone my adwords and manage it for at least one month low cost

Hello. I am a freelance proofreader and I ran a campaign previously on Adwords (helped by another expert) with a very low budget for ads which returned a few results but not enough. I now need someone to fine tune this campaign for me. I am able to increase my budget slightly for about a month, also hopefully can take advantage of Google adwords free credit offer... I am looking for an improvement of the current campaign, and then a low fixed monthly fee to manage this campaign without sweat and tears so I can start to take some orders. I am really a novice in the PPC world so please don't blind me with science, I just need to know that you can get me some results so that I can make a profit. The budget below is a probable absolute max figure for the first month including the tweaking of the campaign and management.
