I need someone to design and carry out a survey

I'm looking for someone to carry out detailed survey research for an upcoming project. Our target market is migrant workers, i.e. those who frequently use remittance services to transfer money to their friends and family in their home countries abroad such as the Philippines, Egypt, Nigeria, and many others. What we'd like to understand is how they feel about current money transfer options, as well as how migrant workers would feel about the service we hope to offer. Our target number to be surveyed is 250 people or more, with a 4-week time frame to collate the survey and present results
