I need a news release about company expansion

I need an experienced PR professional who can draft a press release for a small management consultancy which communicates how we are growing the business through three recent senior hires and a new office opening. It will be published on our website and on social media. The objective is to communicate it with our network, we are less focused on it being picked up by journalists, etc right now.
