I need a Google Adwords Campaign for my small business selling enamel camping mugs

I run a small business selling hand painted enamel camping mugs. We sell in both the UK and US. We do 'good work' by using social enterprises (disabled people supported in the workplace) to send out all of our products.

I'm looking to run an ongoing campaign (with a very small budget) that can hopefully incorporate our message about good work and drive sales. I'm currently based in Australia for an indication of time zones of when I'll be communicating. I'd like someone to research key words, draft the ads and advise on budget and expectations of results.
