We launched our website last year and have made some impact since then - but we need to make a bigger impact.
Our "audiences" are:
1. Professionals in commercial property & construction (Chartered Surveyors, Accountants / Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Lawyers, Civil Engineers)
2. HR Directors / Head of Function and Head of Recruitment for commercial property & construction employers.
We've probably got most of the internet / SEO / social media bases reasonably well covered so don't need hand holding in those depts.
We have a limited budget and need to achieve a good deal of exposure for our "buck". Target media include Estates Gazette, Property Week, Construction, Management Today, HR publications, business pages of national media etc. We are not too bad at writing press releases etc.
So what are we looking for? Someone with great energy and some established contacts in appropriate media, who can think creatively about news hooks and maybe even guerilla / viral ideas (recognising that we are a B2B business and need to project a professional image).
If you are a freelancer / small business with these skills we'd love you to bid - don't expect you to give us all of your ideas upfront, but at least some indications would be helpful.
