Guideline for new brand

i'm a project manager for a brand called BUTTER which is a sub brand to another brand called Vol 1 which is a coffee shop based in Kuwait ( middle east) , butter was born because we saw a massive success on our peanut butter chocolate cookie so butter is about sweet creations that is only selling the cookie for now and will be selling more sweets in the future, it has its own website for delivery , our social media is Instagram , we have Instagram and a website only , we are aiming minimal and artistic , want a better logo for butter ibut minimal and creative that sums up our vision and a complete guideline . Will be more specific of we accept you .
