Google Product Listing Ads / PLAs / Google Shopping Expert

I'm urgently looking for someone with extensive experience in Google PLAs. My client has a set up a campaign with another company and is not happy with the results. I'm looking for someone to make an immediate assessment of the campaign and implement changes to improve conversion rate and lower cost per conversion. You will need to check the product feeds in the merchant center and configure analytics correctly to track performance.
Please do not send a proposal if you do not have *extensive experience* with Google PLAs.
